Added 10 new playable characters, each of which can be unlocked with points, or by doing challenges (note, 3 of these characters can't currently be unlocked)

Removed builder costume when in build mode (this is due to the new amount of characters)

Reduced Pow Block price from 100 points to 0 (fixes potential soft lock)

Items can now be selected using the number keys

Player can now take damage from bullet bills (this causes you to lose 100 points)
